Foxy Bingo Loses Visibility Crown to Bingo.com - 08-25-09

August 25 - Foxy Bingo lost its first place position in the top spot of 20 UK bingo sites, after Bingo.com moved in from the side to take over the crown.

Following research conducted by Greenlight, a UK search engine marketing company, it was shown that Bingo.com appears in 68% of all Google searches on its first page.

Google is the number one search engine in the world, with over 90% of all searches done through this system.

Foxy Bingo ranked number one in the last survey undertaken by Greenlight in April this year, where it showed an impressive 76% visibility in first page results.

In the latest survey, however, Foxy Bingo dropped to 64% visibility.

Bingo.com, on the other hand, jumped around 7% from the previous study.

Third spot was occupied by Littlewood's Bingo, while fourth and fifth place listed Gala Bingo and Wink Bingo respectively.

One of the biggest drops on the list was Dream Bingo, which slipped from April's 2nd place to sixth place in the latest survey.

Dream Bingo, however, wasn't the only site to fare poorly. Mecca Bingo continued with its woes, dropping from 4th position in April to 7th this time around.
